In my experience most patches for Stellaris have been playable on release, but thats obviously your perogative if you want to wait. This mod is a global compatibility patch for Stellaris 3.1 Lem that merges the various incompatible game rules, scripted triggers (and policies will be added later) added by mods. Modders can do their thing, but Id rather wait for PDX to take a pass at it themselves.
